AILE rotary aerosol filling lines use rotary indexing systems to complete aerosol filling processes efficiently within a compact production layout. The line can integrate liquid filling, valve insertion, crimping and propellant filling, providing stable operation and consistent filling accuracy.
The system can be customized according to the required production capacity, filling volume, aerosol can size, valve specification, propellant and product formulation. It is suitable for spray paint, air freshener, lubricant spray, insecticide, body spray, household aerosols and other conventional aerosol products.
