The Lubricant Aerosol Filling Line integrates the main aerosol production processes into a continuous automatic system, reducing manual handling and improving production consistency.
Empty aerosol cans are transferred onto the production line and guided automatically into the liquid filling section.
The lubricant formulation is accurately filled into each aerosol can. The liquid filling setup is configured according to the product formulation, filling volume and actual production requirements.
Aerosol valves are transferred and positioned onto the filled cans before the crimping process.
The aerosol valve is securely crimped onto the can to create a reliable seal before propellant filling.
The sealed aerosol cans are filled with the selected propellant. Configurations are available for LPG, DME, N₂ and CO₂ according to the actual product requirements.
Leak testing, checkweighing, actuator pressing, cap pressing, coding and packing equipment can be added according to the required automation level.
