This semi-automatic aerosol propellant filling machine is designed to fill propellant gas into aerosol cans through the aerosol valve. It is commonly used as the gas filling station in semi-automatic aerosol production lines.
The machine is suitable for LPG, DME, N₂, CO₂ and other compatible aerosol propellants. Different gas supply and filling configurations can be selected according to the propellant type, required filling pressure and aerosol valve.
With a filling speed of approximately 700–900 cans per hour, it is suitable for small and medium aerosol production, new production projects and factories requiring flexible semi-automatic operation.
The standard machine provides a maximum gas filling volume of 450 ml. The configuration can be adjusted according to aerosol can size, valve specification, propellant type and required filling volume.
| Gas Filling Head | 1 |
| Maximum Filling Volume | 450 ml |
| Suitable Aerosol Can Height | 80–330 mm |
| Suitable Aerosol Can Diameter | 35–65 mm |
| Compatible Propellants | LPG, DME, N₂, CO₂ |
| Air Pressure | 0.4–0.6 MPa |
| Maximum Air Consumption | 0.8 m³/min |
| Filling Speed | 700–900 cans/h |
| Material | SUS304 Stainless Steel |
Suitable for conventional aerosol production using liquefied propellants such as LPG and DME.
The machine can also be configured for compressed gas propellants such as CO₂ and nitrogen. Filling pressure, valve specification and gas supply conditions should be confirmed according to the product.
Yes. The machine can be configured for compressed CO₂ aerosol filling. Filling pressure, valve specification and gas supply configuration should be confirmed before production.
Yes. LPG and DME are common liquefied aerosol propellants suitable for this machine.
The standard filling speed is approximately 700–900 aerosol cans per hour.
Yes. It can work with liquid filling and aerosol valve crimping equipment to form a semi-automatic aerosol filling line.
