The AILE Automation team recently concluded an incredibly rewarding showcase at Beauty Istanbul 2026. At Booth 5E-315, we didn't just showcase equipment; we engaged in deep, meaningful conversations with clients, partners, and industry peers from around the world.
Through these face-to-face discussions, we gained valuable insights into the current needs of the manufacturing community. Here are the top four topics that dominated our booth this year:
A significant number of visitors we spoke with are currently buying and selling finished cosmetic and personal care products, but they are ready to take control of their own supply chains. They visited our booth looking for guidance on how to start their own production lines. We were thrilled to introduce them to AILE's comprehensive turnkey solutions. We explained how we can support their transition by providing complete, customized setups—covering everything step-by-step from raw material mixing all the way to the end package.
As the global aerosol filling machine market continues to evolve, we noticed a massive surge in interest surrounding Bag-On-Valve (BOV) technology. We spent a lot of time discussing the benefits of BOV: it keeps the product completely separated from the propellant, ensures up to 99% product emptying, and allows for continuous 360-degree spraying.
Within this trend, special PET BOV packaging has become exceptionally popular due to its aesthetic appeal and safety.
These advanced aerosol machines are highly sought after. In fact, one of the highlights of the show was finally meeting a client in person after months of online communication. We sat down at the booth to review their specific requirements, and we are now actively negotiating a project utilizing a customized spray can filling machine tailored for their unique PET BOV products.
Exhibitions are also about catching up with old friends. We were delighted to welcome many existing clients who stopped by to discuss upgrading their current aerosol can filling equipment.
Business is growing for our partners, and they are looking to scale. For example, we had a fantastic meeting with a past customer who intends to place an order for six new machines to enhance their quality control process. They are looking to integrate advanced water bath leakage testing machines and checkweighers to perfectly complement their main aerosol filling machine line.
Finally, the exhibition was a great platform for industry networking. We had the pleasure of meeting several foreign peers and competitors in the machinery sector. We exchanged technical insights, discussed the future trajectory of packaging automation, and even explored potential opportunities for future technical cooperation. It is always inspiring to see how the global machinery community can push the boundaries of innovation together.
