The AILE ALBOV80 represents advanced barrier packaging automation. Unlike our standard aerosol filling line designed for conventional propellants, this Bag-on-Valve platform hermetically encloses the product inside a multi-layer laminated pouch while pressurized clean compressed air or nitrogen (N2) surrounds the exterior. Learn more about Bag-on-Valve technology and the BOV filling process.
The line synchronizes automated can feeding, valve elevating and inserting, a 3+9 monoblock filling turret (3 under-the-cap gas sealing heads & 9 high-pressure fluid micro-dosing heads), online checkweighing, actuator button pressing, outer capping, and accumulation packaging into a single high-efficiency workcell.
The complete linear packaging line utilizes an integrated 12.5-meter straight layout, maximizing throughput while conserving workshop cleanroom space:
High-capacity sorting table delivering continuous, jam-free container feeding into the inline conveyor.
Inclined bucket elevator and dedicated orientation chute engineered to sort and insert Bag-on-Valve pouches without bag puncture.
Integrates 3 under-the-cap gas charging/crimping heads and 9 positive displacement dosing heads. Cycles 3 containers simultaneously.
Precision online weighing belt with pneumatic blow-off rejection arm for 100% finished container quality verification.
Rotary vibration bowl sorting spray buttons with guided vertical pressing to prevent stem misalignment or discharge.
Automatic inclined cap elevator feeding protective overcaps to an inline rotary pressing head.
Heavy-duty SUS304 manual collection table with motor drive for final visual inspection, packing, and boxing.
